The information you provide on this form will be used solely for the consideration of your suitability as a volunteer and will be kept subject to Bendigo Animal Welfare & Community Services privacy policy. We reserve the right to decline the application of any volunteer for any reason. This may include but is not limited to a behaviour which is in conflict with our policies and values, or where the applicant does not meet specific requirements for a volunteer position.

If we have a suitable volunteer position currently available, you will be contacted by our Volunteer Supervisor, who will provide advice regarding our Induction Process. Prior to commencing, you will be provided with all relevant guidelines and procedures, which you will need to abide by, and a Waiver Form will need to be signed.
