Adoption Story
MANNY is our most recent rooster arrival at the BAWCS shelter and we are delighted that his life was saved from death row with the Lost Dogs Home, the Pound Contractor for Darebin Council. Fortunately, this Council are moving with the times and are happy to work with external rescue groups in order to save animals lives. Once LDH were not willing to try to rehome Manny, he was offered to rescue and BAWCS stepped up! Manny will have a great life with his new ‘mum’ and lots of hen girlfriends.
