Dale's Story
Coming into BAWCS Shelter care as a kitten found in a wall cavity many years ago, Dale was named after the fire fighter who rescued him.
Whilst Dale’s siblings were adopted out, Dale had no one interested in him, perhaps because he was a black cat and are often overlooked.
Fortunately, Dale ended up in BAWCS Shelter and with our ‘no kill’ Policy, he would be safe regardless of being adopted or not. His life has included enrichment via cat and human volunteer friends.
Diagnosed with issues related to age (heart and kidney), Dale is now one of our palliative care cats and available for sponsorship to support his ongoing needs.
Thank you for your sponsorship support for our special boy who will continue to live out his days in comfort and surrounded by love.
NOTE: Once you have sponsored Dale, you’ll be able to join our private FB Group BAWCS Shelter and Sanctuary Sponsors.
